‘Olympian Collections’

The ‘Olympian Collections’ include everything you could need to marry in Cyprus for a Civil Wedding. These Collections also include the cost of the Marriage Licence required for an Anglican or Catholic wedding, which you must obtain prior to marrying in one of the Church’s/Chapels. The only cost not included in these Collections are the Church fees which vary, the costs can be seen under What are the costs? All Catholic weddings must be preceded with a Civil wedding and this cost is included in these ‘Olympian Collections’

MedWeds Wedding Arrangement fee to make all the necessary arrangements for your Wedding       is included.
MedWeds will meet with the Wedding couple for a complimentary welcome drink soon after       arrival and go through the paperwork required to obtain the Marriage Licence.
MedWeds will double check the arrangements for your Wedding day, and make any       adjustments where necessary, if possible.
On the Wedding day MedWeds will deliver the flowers in plenty of time before the Wedding and       stay with the bridal couple and Wedding party throughout the service and until the last       professional photo is taken, normally with the cutting of the cake.
MedWeds are available to answer any queries you have regarding your Wedding, and to       help you as much or little as you wish throughout your stay in Cyprus.
MedWeds take away the stress of all your arrangements for your Wedding day while you can       be relaxing in the sun.

This is what is included in the ‘Olympian Collections’

Fee for the Civil Wedding payable to the Town Hall and for the Licence
Taxi and attendance by MedWeds to Town Hall to obtain your licence prior to your Wedding day
Wedding cake**
Loan of cake stand for the professional photographs
Loan of Wedding knife, decorated with ribbon for the professional photographs (Aphrodite       and Athena packages only)
Confetti in attractive white or ivory drawstring pouches
Handmade Bomboniere’s in tulle with colours to suit your wedding theme, with either 5       sugared almonds or 5 chocolate dragees*
Handmade place names with colours to suit your Wedding theme are included in the       Aphrodite and Athena packages*
Bottle of Champagne given at first meeting, either local or French, please refer to each
       Collection
Bouquets of flowers for brides, bridesmaids, buttonholes and corsages as stated        in each Collection. The choice of flowers in the Athena package is subject to availability
36 Photos in White Wedding Album (without negatives)
30cm x 40cm photo, one to be selected (without frame) given in Athena Collection
VHS video is supplied with the Aphrodite Collection and there is a choice of VHS or DVD with       the Athena Collection
Mini bus to transport guests from Bride and Groom’s Hotel/apartment to Wedding venue       onto the Reception (12 seater Paphos, 14 Seater Ayia Napa, Derynia and Protaras, Athena       Collection
All wedding limousines are white Mercedes and decorated
Champagne flutes included in Athena Collection - as a keepsake
